Last updated: 2026. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Aurora Digital ("we," "us," "our") website and the web design, SEO, and web hosting services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Aurora Digital provides website design and redesign, local Google SEO, and managed web hosting for service businesses. The specific work, deliverables, and price for any project are described in the plan or quote we agree on with you. These Terms apply alongside any such agreement; if the two ever conflict, your signed plan or quote controls.
Prices shown on our website are starting points and may change based on the scope of your project. A quote we provide is valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise, and becomes binding once you accept it and we begin work.
Website builds are a one-time fee. SEO plans are billed monthly and run on a minimum term (currently a 6-month minimum), and web hosting runs on a minimum term (currently a 3-month minimum), as described on our pricing page. Ongoing monthly services renew until you cancel with reasonable notice. Late or missed payments may pause active work or services until your account is brought current.
To do our best work, we may need timely content, photos, feedback, approvals, and access to accounts such as your domain, hosting, or Google Business Profile. You confirm that any material you give us — text, images, logos, or other assets — is yours to use or properly licensed, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. Delays in providing what we need may affect timelines.
Once your project is fully paid for, the finished website and its content are yours. You own your own domain name and accounts. Until final payment is received, work product remains ours. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio and reference that we built or optimized your site, unless you ask us in writing not to.
SEO is a long-term effort and depends on factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms, competition, and your market. We follow proven, ethical ("white-hat") practices, but we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue, or any particular result by a specific date. Search engines may change how they rank sites at any time.
Our work and your site rely on third-party services — for example Google, your domain registrar, hosting infrastructure, and our form provider Formspree. We are not responsible for outages, changes, price increases, or data practices of those third parties, though we'll always do our best to help you resolve issues.
You may cancel an ongoing monthly service (SEO or hosting) after its minimum term with reasonable written notice; the service continues through the end of your current paid period. One-time website fees and completed work are non-refundable. If you cancel hosting, you are responsible for moving your site to a new host.
You agree not to use our website or services for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive, and not to attempt to disrupt, copy, or reverse-engineer our website or systems.
Our services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aurora Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its "last updated" date. Continuing to use our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
